Terms and Conditions

By booking or using services through Amplified Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms act as a binding agreement between you (“the client”) and Amplified Network (“the company”).

1. Services & Bookings

Amplified Network provides travel experiences, concierge services, and curated tours. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Deposits and completed payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early termination of services.

3. Conduct & Behavior

Clients are expected to act respectfully and responsibly at all times. The following will not be tolerated:

Disrespectful or disruptive behavior
Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct
Illegal activities

Amplified Network maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Any violation may result in immediate removal from the experience without refund. Core Values: Respect, Manners, Integrity, and FUN!

4. Alcohol & Substance Policy

Alcohol is not permitted inside the RV at any time. If alcohol is consumed during stops (restaurants, events, etc.), clients must remain respectful and in control. Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate will result in removal without refund.

5. Professional Boundaries

All services are strictly professional. Payment covers travel, logistics, and experiences only. Personal or sexual favors are not included under any circumstances.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Clients participate at their own risk. Amplified Network is not liable for:

Personal injury or accidents
Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings
Delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, mechanical issues, third-party services)

7. Changes & Cancellations by Company

Amplified Network reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to safety concerns, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable alternatives may be offered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Amplified Network are protected. They may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Account & Access

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to services or platforms if these terms are violated.
